Merge PT-tu-154B2 VC with Vitamin visual model in FSX?

Hi Friends!
Is it possible in some way to merge PT tu-154B2 VC with the visual model of Vitamin tu-154M, so that i can fly Vitamins 154M in FSX with the VC from pt-tu-154B2?

You can use the FSX model of the v1.3.1...Repaint from B2 works only with a minor issue in the left and right engines.
