Hi friends:
Started to check the Tu-104 again:
1) The RSBN_Dat of Tu-134, Tu124 und IL 62 works also for that bird, only put the file into the panel folder.
2) Brought the Joy utility to work, but the glasnose and the crewsounds are gone, will try to check it more.
3) I am preparing a RSBN_Dat to simulate the weatherships the real Tu-104 crews used on their Moscow-New York postal flights in the 60. They in real used the ADF, but the FS9 ADF has only a range of maximum 200 km, the RSBN has 400 km.
Stay tuned!

Hi everybody:
After some testing the Tu-104 rework is finished. Before loading up the results I need to know:
a) If there is a greater interest in that rework.
b) If the authors of the original airplane and panel
(http://www.avsim.su/f/fs2004-originalnie-samoleti-40/legendarniy-layner-tu-104-v-0-91-25499.html)
would accept a public upload in PT-fileshare.
Hope I can reach them in this way.
The panel will look like this.
Kind regards
Walter |

I would interest with this project if it released. I tried the 104 before but not even managed to start engines. |

Hi:
Still working on the Tu-104.
Decided to have three versions of the panel and all based on Mihail Stepanov´s panel for Tu-104B and the FDE by Surger.
Adapting the Samdim Tu-124 panel to the Tu-104 is possible but brought problems with the brake-chute and the NI-50 navigation computer.
The panels work also for the Tu-104A by Anton (Xomer) Nikolayeva
less the brake-chute.
Early version: Stepanovs panel with a working joystick utility, Groza weather radar and realistic fuel flow indicators
Mid version: early versionl added KPPM indicator, RSBN full functions with SRP box
Late Version: Mid version added: Diss system (dopplerradar) of Samdims AN 24
On all versions the original distribution of the instruments was mantained.
In all versions the navigation systems work now as they should.
I hope to upload soon a beta version on PT-fileshare.
Kind regards
Walter
P.S.: The real Tu-104 cockpit underwent various updates during its service life (1957 to 1983 with Aeroflot, longer with the military users), but documentation is sparse. So one has to speculate about the cockpits evolution. |

Hi:
Could be missing the original crewsound for those who did not download Mikhail Stepanovs Tu-104 already.
Here it is:

Sorry my fault: These gauges were part of an earlier Tu-104 which loaded its gauges from the FS9/gauges folder. they are here:

and as an attachment below. Thanks to our friend RISROC, who discovered that problem.
Kind regards
